  Why Tear strength of silicone rubber is a critical and functional property in Gaskets used in Hot air ovens, door gaskets? Silicone gaskets are the preferred gasket for hot air ovens especially ovens used in food industry, it can withstand continuous working temperature of 210 degree Celsius and upto 240 degree Celsius for shorter dwell time.   Why an insulation sleeve/overhead line cover alone will not completely solve the insulation issue and outages?
